At the weekend I spent Saturday at the Party's Spring Conference, missing David Cameron's speech on Sunday in order to join Rugby Scouts at their annual St George's Day Service and Parade. It was great to see St Andrew's chuch full of enthusiastic youngsters. I enjoyed the march past, finishing at the newly redeveloped Caldecott Park where I met up with Dave Barclay, County Development Manager and Tony Marsella, District Commissioner for Rugby.Tuesday 28 April 2009
